On December 26th, we will be exploring the process of creating and performing your personal tea ceremony. Our event features four presenters who will share their wisdom, experience, and inspiration to help you bring the healing and magical power of tea into your life in a truly personal way.
Learn about the steps to creating effective ceremony. Explore the power of intention and creating sacred space. Learn about various herbs and their energies of manifestation, and explore hopefulness and gratitude.

Lauren Stern // Kinnabari Teahouse
Lauren returns to the Tea Tuesday program with her experience and wisdom in tea ceremony both traditional and organic. She will inspire us to bring simple ceremony into our lives wrapped in sacred space and empowered in love and gratitude. If you’ve ever been to one of Lauren’s presentations or ceremonies before, you know you’re in for a treat! Lauren will lead a simple example tea ceremony that you can take home, personalize, and practice in your own way whenever you like.
Laurie Nielsen // Living Light School
Laurie is a keystone in the Utah healing arts community, sharing her gifts of crystal healing wisdom and intuitive work with people from all walks of life. Laurie has a deep and inspiring connection to the mineral kingdom and will be giving us access to the power of intention and energy with her presentation and guided crystal ceremony.
Lara Chho // Petal And Clay
Lara is connected to the plant kingdom in a very special way; through the art of Ikebana, the ancient Japanese art of floral arranging. Lara will bring her art and experience to this event and share about creating sacred space while helping us embark on a path of self-awareness and deep personal discovery. Lara will lead us in a collective Ikebana practice which will culminate with a tea sampling.
Josh Williams // Earth + Sky Teas
Josh is the organizer of the Tea Tuesdays program and is an ambassador for the healing and magical power of the plant kingdom. Josh’s presentation will explore the power of manifestation, and how various herbal teas can help call forth specific energies of creation into our lives. Josh’s guided tea ritual will focus on an herbal tea blend for personal prosperity in the New Year.

Each presenter will be available after the workshop to answer questions. Some of us will also have products to sell in order to help cover our costs- and you won’t want to miss out on what’s available on this special night!
