This month’s free community Tea Tuesday event presented by Herbalist Josh Williams, hosted by Marmalade Branch, Salt Lake City Public Library, and sponsored by Earth + Sky Teas is all about herbal teas for the heart- both physical and emotional.
Join us for a sweet adventure into the garden of healing herbs that focus on a healthy, happy heart. We’ll also be talking about how plants can help facilitate more love, healthier emotional balance, and greater joy from our deepest center.
As a special Valentine’s season treat, we will be joined by Sound Weaver and Poet Rebecca Holt (Words that Breathe) who will be immersing us in live soundbath sessions during the event to open and empower our heart centers. See below for more info.
