Healing with herbs is not a moment, but a journey.
Peeling the Onion…
Once we’ve completed your Remedy Session, you’ll be stocked up with information, inspiration, and herbs to start working with. Each day as you engage with the medicine of the plants and the special kind of wisdom and power they bring, you’ll find that your situation begins to gently shift toward transformation. For each person this process is unique. Some folks find their symptoms simply lessen, others experience a movement in how symptoms arise and release. Some people begin having meaningful dreams or synchronicities in their lives that speak to the root of the issue and the path to wellness while others find that parts of themselves long-forgotten suddenly emerge and bring a sense of wholeness. Your journey belongs to you, and the plants will be there to walk with you every step of the way.
Follow-up sessions are important because while you peel the onion of your journey, going deeper and deeper one layer at a time, we want to ensure that the remedies and protocols stay relevant and continue to support you. Things change, you will change, and the herbs will change, too.
I generally ask people to come for a follow-up session two or three weeks after their initial appointment. These weeks give time for you to let the herbs inform and change before we take a fresh look and a new assessment.
You follow-up session lasts around 45 minutes and gives time and space for us to check back in with progress and experience, adjust formulas and protocols, and deepen the work in whatever way serves you best.
For most of my clients, the initial Remedy Session has just one formal follow-up supported by refill visits.
