This foundational session focuses on your own healing and wellness goals surrounding stress, energy, and peace- and how herbs and supportive therapies can help you achieve them. We’ll connect with both the physical/therapeutic level of herbalism and the spiritual/energetic level- each bringing its own support to your Journey.
My clinical work centers stress, anxiety, worry, emotional and mental wellness, pain, and related topics and so my practice is set up to center those goals.

Your Comprehensive Herbal Consultation will last up to 90 minutes in the clinic or up to 60 minutes if virtual.

Refill any formulas or remedies I have made for you while catching up and making small adjustments as needed.
This is not a follow-up session- refills take place in our clinic apothecary and are not private.

Refill Sessions last up to 15 minutes.

The session is complimentary. A $10 booking fee is required to schedule- this amount is deducted from your refill cost.
