The Energetics of Whole Food Nutrition

Did you know that the same pattern languages we use in herbal medicine to explore how an herb does what it does in healing and wellness can be applied to whole foods? Just like medicinal herbs, whole foods have their own virtues of healing and wellness that show up on our intentional meals as a way to cultivate vibrant health.

The real powerful of herbal language applied to foods is that we can start thinking about how the foods we eat align to our own unique constitution, health goals, seasonal shifts, bioregion, and temperament- eating for who we are!

From this perspective, holistic nutrition can be worked into models of healing in the same way we think about herbal medicine!

Join us as we explore the deep wisdom of whole person wellness through nutrition:

  • How to think about everyday foods in terms of their medicinal virtues

  • Ideas for eating in support of your own unique constitution

  • Ways to support your body through seasonal shifts

  • Methods of preparing food to increase their harmony with your body

  • Addressing health concerns and protecting wellness through the foods we love

  • DIY sprouting seeds blend bar + optional sprouting kit

  • And so much more

Everyone is welcome!
